Mr. Gasbarro has over twenty years of experience in Systems Acquisitions, specializing in the Earned Value Management Systems Criteria (EVMSC). He has provided training, conducted EVMSC reviews, and consulted in EVMSC for the U.S. Department of Defense, the Australian Department of Defence, Supply and Services Canada, NSA, and over 60 DOD, NASA, Australian, Israeli, and Canadian contractors. He has the singular distinction to have been a U.S. DOD EVMSC Review Director and to have supported both the initial C/SCSC demonstration reviews in Australia and the C/SPMS reviews in Canada. He has over five years of experience in cost analysis and cost estimating for major U.S. Air Force Program Offices (Aircraft Simulators and MILSTAR), and five years of industry experience as the EVMS Focal point for Raytheon AIS. In addition, he has four years of formal teaching experience at Texas A&M University.
