Ms. Sandberg has 19 years of experience in financial/business management and project planning and control with Alliant Techsystems (formerly Honeywell, Inc.) She is an experienced manager with extensive hands-on project execution and is technically competent in the application, execution and management of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Ms. Sandberg has managed the preparation of proposal cost volumes and supported business planning for workload and manpower forecasts. She has participated in Total Quality Management Teams, has demonstrated success in project data analysis, and is an experienced trainer. Ms. Sandberg served as the EVMS Focal Point for her company, acting as the main criteria compliance contact for all customers. She represented her company on the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Management Systems Subcommittee, participating in industry work teams that addressed EVMS issues and improvements.
