Humphreys & Associates, Inc. (H&A) is the leader in project management systems design, development, implementation, evaluation, analysis and training.

Since 1978, H&A's proactive approach to project management systems implementation has provided our clients effective and value-added systems. The principles of project management that we espouse are applicable to any project oriented environment. While the defense industry has employed some of these principles and techniques for over twenty-five years, increasing applications are being introduced throughout the world, as industry executives and customers recognize the importance of project visibility and control.

Our experience encompasses the construction and utility industries, energy programs, the aerospace industry, all acquisition branches of the US Department of Defense, and foreign governments. We have consulted and supported over 450 major organizations throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and South America and have provided training for more than 450,000 individuals from over 500 major organizations.

PERSONNEL

H&A has an impressive staff of experienced personnel with a broad range of process control expertise in the disciplines of project management/performance measurement. Flexibility and versatility are key characteristics of these personnel. They are mature, self-reliant personnel with applied ability. Our personnel have served in government and industry as program managers, planning and control managers, industry executives, and line and staff officers. They have hands-on experience, as well as management experience. They "think globally" and "act locally."

SERVICES

In addition to our personnel, we offer a wealth of effective training materials and sample documentation to facilitate management system design and implementation. Support to our customers includes: proposal preparation; feasibility studies; requirements analysis; management systems evaluations; system design and implementation; policies and procedures preparation; comprehensive in-house and public training workshops.

H&A provides experienced personnel to customer sites to work with customer personnel, or to lead those personnel in the design, development and implementation of the company's project management/performance measurement system. This includes development of system flow processes, storyboarding of the system, as well as writing of the system description and associated procedures. We have helped companies in the evaluation and selection of new software systems to meet their individual needs, and in the integration of existing, or new and existing systems to more efficiently and effectively generate the project cost and schedule information they require.

H&A is the preeminent leader in the field of performance management systems training especially scheduling and earned value disciplines. Our distinguished staff of professional instructors have broad experience in the evaluation of training requirements, design of comprehensive training plans, development of tailored client-specific instructional material, and the presentation of multitiered training workshops. We have trained every level of personnel including corporate executives, program managers, cost and schedule analysts, and electronic data processing personnel.

H&A has an extensive library of project management training materials and offers our generic training materials for sale to individual clients as is, or tailored, with a license agreement. As a follow-up to training material acquisition, we have provided effective training for future company in-house instructors.
