FAR 52.234-3 Notice of EVMS Post-Award IBR Clause – dated November 2016
As of May 2025, this clause has been proposed for removal as part of the FAR Overhaul initiative. See the May 2025 revision of the FAR 52.234-4 Earned Value Management System clause for the streamlined text related to conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
This clause has the same requirements as FAR 52.234-2 except that it is post-award. A contractor must submit either documentation that its earned value management system (EVMS) has been determined to be compliant with the EIA-748 or a plan to achieve compliance. The clause also requires that the contractor and the Government agree to subcontractors selected for application of the EVMS guidelines.
