Over Target Baseline (OTB) – Release date late March 2008.

A formal re-programming action known as an OTB often occurs on risky major acquisitions. Understanding how to implement an OTB and correctly complete the CPR in accordance with the Data Item Instruction is not a simple process. Our DVD makes this complex process very clear.

Included in the DVD are completed CPR, Formats 1, 2, and 3, illustrating four OTB methods, and before and after Method Baseline graphs. Over Target Schedule, Format 3, examples and Baseline graphs are also included in this DVD.
