DCMA-EA PAM 200.1 EVMS Program Analysis Pamphlet (PAP) – dated October 2012
The EVMS Program Analysis Pamphlet is intended to be the primary reference for the DCMA EVMS Specialists to properly generate EVM metrics, graphs, tables, and presentations supporting the creation of the Program Assessment Report (PAR) as a part of DCMA’s compliance, surveillance, and program analysis activities. It outlines EVM key components spanning the integrated business management systems and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This is a useful guide to gain an understanding of the metrics and performance analysis DCMA personnel use as part of their regular EVMS assessment activities.
